Remember, $375,000 is the MEDIAN price for Pierce County Homes that were sold last year. Median means “in the middle.” This means exactly half of homes sold are above this price and exactly half are below. You can still find homes in Tacoma for less than $375,000, but you will have more competition for those homes.
