Bonney Lake is a city in East Pierce County. The city has grown steadily over the past 20 years and boasts some of largest communities of new construction homes in Pierce County. Bonney Lake has Lakefront Homes as well as homes with views of Mt Rainier, the Puyallup Valley, and beyond. The new neighborhood of Tehaleh is one of the largest planned communities in the state of Washington!

Bonney Lake has all of the convenient amenities of a great suburb. Access to the freeway, shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and all the rest. What’s unique is that Bonney Lake is also on the way to Mt Rainier and some of the area’s best skiing. Bonney Lake residents enjoy easy access to water adventures at Lake Tapps in the summer.
The City of Bonney Lake is working to create a more connected community. Recently adding a multi-use trail along Fennel Creek that will eventually connect to Enumclaw and Orting.

Home to dozens of restaurants and eateries. Check out recently refreshed Bonney Lake Tavern for drinks and meeting the neighbors. The city’s proximity to Lake Tapps makes it a great place for folks who love boating. There’s pretty much no better place in Pierce County to use as your home base for ski adventures. Enjoy the parks and shopping and views for days.

Bonney Lake has one of the largest selections of new construction homes in Pierce County. The building boom started in the late 1990's and continues to this day. While you can still find some older homes on larger pieces of property in town, the majority of homes in Bonney Lake are newer.
