A lifelong resident of Pierce County, Tacoma real estate agent Marguerite Martin moved to Downtown Tacoma in 2006 and hasn’t looked back. Over the years, she has lived in many of Tacoma’s most well-known neighborhoods, including Downtown Tacoma’s St. Helens neighborhood, Hilltop, Stadium District, and Downtown Puyallup. Across Pierce County, she has also lived in Parkland, Spanaway, and South Hill.
